Area Operations Manager - Quarrying

EXPERIENCED MINE MANAGER, QUARRY MANAGER OR AGGREGATES PLANT MANAGER WITH EXPERIENCE IN EXTRACTION TO OVERSEE A RANGE OF OPERATION ACROSS THE NORTH OF SCOTLAND

ROLE: Area Operations Manager - Quarrying

PACKAGE: GBPDOE Plus Vehicle, Pension, Bonus

LOCATION: Area role you will be located between Inverness, Aberdeen and Dundee

PREVIOUS BACKGROUNDS: Mine Manager, Quarry Manager, Aggregates Plant Manager

DUTIES: Area Operations Manager - Quarrying

You will oversee the operations of a range of plants including Quarry, Asphalt and Concrete plants

You will support the Area General Manager

You will ensure compliance to company policy especially in relation to health and safety, environment, and quality procedures.

EXPERIENCE: Area Operations Manager - Quarrying

You will be an experienced man manager.

You will have Mining, Quarrying or Aggregates background

And MPQC qualifications would be welcome

Any of these qualifications a plus but not required: COTC, IOSH, NEBOSH, Mechanical Engineering or Plant Fitter City & Guild or NVQ or Apprentice Trained Engineer, Mobile Plant Licences
