Brightwork are supporting our leading distribution client in North Lanarkshire with the recruitment of a Team Manager - Administration (Backshift).

This is a permanent position that will support the Export Compliance Manager and lead a team of administrators who are responsible for document control, compliance processes and data storage/management. You will be the first point of contact for the team, customer and other central functions that you will collaborate with.

Duties will include:

Leading the admin team to deliver excellent customer service.
Developing a strong safety culture within the team.
Engaging with the team, through effective communication and involvement, to establish what training needs may be required.
Reviewing and enhancing processes for efficiency and effectiveness within the team functions.
Supporting the site with IMS, Audit protocols and Compliance requirements.
Driving continuous improvement.
Effectively managing all ER matters relating to the team.
To be considered for this role you must have a strong background in leading and developing teams, and possess a leadership style that promotes growth, accountability, and commitment. You must have an understanding of how to interpret and produce data which accurately demonstrates site performance against KPI's, and be able to report this information back to senior management.
