Support Analyst, Support Engineer, 1st/2nd line
A Support Analyst / Support Engineer with excellent 1st / 2nd line support experience is urgently required to join a market leading software house based just off the M1 near Rugby.
The Support Analyst / Support Engineer, with take on a varied and highly-visible role, providing 1st and 2nd line support to a wide client base, working with clients to understand issues and providing a solutions with agreed SLAs. You will cover a variety of technical issues across desktops, servers and networks and have the opportunity to travel to client sites when required.
My client is well established and well known, offering a wide range of market-leading products used within the Sport and Leisure industry. This is a fantastic environment for a Support analyst / Support Engineer as the company are constantly implementing new tools and technologies, ever evolving and leading in their field.
What's required of the Support Engineer?
Whilst the Support Analyst / Support Engineer won't be expected to have deep experience in every area, a broad background and technical knowledge base coupled with the desire and ability to pick up new technologies will be required. Specific technologies and experience they are likely to have includes but is not limited to:
• Windows 10
• Windows servers, 2012 and above
• Networking - routers and switches
• MS SQL Server
