Logicearth Learning Services: Senior Learning Technologist (remote or hybrid)
What makes a good Learning Technologist?
It's a title that means many different things for many different organisations.
To Logicearth, however, a Learning Technologist is someone who can champion the practical application of learning technology to help solve their clients' major problems.
Over the past 10 years, Logicearth has built a reputation for providing the most agile and innovative range of blended learning solutions possible.
They have recently joined The Creative Engagement Group as one of seven specialist consultancies. They retain their entrepreneurial spirit but with the support and investment from a large global parent organisation.
Logicearth are undergoing a sustained period of growth and are ambitious to make a mark in the industry. They have created a position for a Senior Learning Technologist who will support that growth and to help solve ever more complex learning problems.
You will be someone who has a deep understanding of the broad world of learning technologies and their practical application. You will have experience implementing and supporting these technologies.
You will understand and have Learning Design experience and understand the pros and cons of virtual classroom delivery programs. You will know what's 'under the hood' of these programs, what is more secure, what enhances communication etc.
You will be familiar with the latest Learning Management Systems (LMS), how and when to apply them and how to maximise their functionality. You will also have experience working and configuring Learning Experience Programs (LXP).
It is also important that you understand the current and future trends in learning technology including xApi, A.I. and automation. You will have knowledge around VR & AR immersive learning solutions and how they are being implemented.
You don't need to be able to write code for this position, but you need to understand the software lifecycle and how to work well with software developers.
You will need to piece all this together to build better learning solutions.
This is a highly specialised role and in return to you will be given a high level of autonomy with this position with clear career progression in place as the company expands.
If you would like more info, then get in touch with me via a call/text/WhatsApp on (phone number removed). Alternatively, you can send a CV using the links provided. All discussions will be kept confidential
