Salary: GBP9.00-GBP9.50 an hour

Location: Scunthorpe

A great opportunity for a part time receptionist/administrator to join a lovely company with a family feel, who are based in Scunthorpe. The position is available due to the current long standing member of staff leaving due to retirement.
The working days are Wednesdays (8 hours), Thursdays (8 hours) & Fridays (6 hours) working 8:30-4:30 with an early finish on a Friday.
15 days holiday plus stats, onsite parking and an enjoyable and supportive working environment.

THE ROLE:
*Answering the telephone and greeting visitors
*Dealing with post and distributing it accordingly
*Making coffee and tea for visitors and staff
*Booking workshop hours to excel database
*Filing
*Assisting with general administration within the office

THE CANDIDATE:
*Someone with previous experience working in a receptionist role
*A confident and capable IT user specifically with Word, Excel and Outlook
*A polite and professional person with strong communication skills
*a reliable team player who is willing and helpful
