East Coast College is looking to recruit a Student Services Manager to be responsible for the day to day management of Student Services across the college, including Careers, Attendance, Admissions and Student involvement across all campuses. You will work closely with curriculum teams, external partners and support areas in order to achieve our strategic aims for positive destinations of the College and land for developing our careers hub.
The successful candidate will have experience of managing a diverse team together with the ability to interpret, analyse and present information. You will need a minimum of a Level 6 Careers qualification (or the willingness to work towards this), along with knowledge of implementing Gatsby benchmarks and delivering quality IAG.
