Our showrooms have since build up and enviable reputation for quality and service and we specialise in helping our customers find the right products, at a price that suits them best.
Our Colchester branch is our largest site, with a purpose-built 7-acre site stocked with building products, decorating products, kitchen & bathroom showrooms and so much more. From here, we offer every service that Kent Blaxill operates, all under one roof.
Here at Kent Blaxill, a position has become available for an Internal Sales Consultant to join our Colchester branch.
And the role…
As our Internal Sales Consultant, you will support new business sales by following up on enquiries and develop our existing customer base by making phone calls to build on existing relationships. You will identify, nurture and qualify leads as part of the sales team. Maintaining a high level of commercial awareness of the decorative market, you will act as liaison between the Marketing Team and Sales and carry out online networking to identify potential opportunities and customers.
What we’re looking for…
Motivated and enthusiastic, you will have exceptional communication skills including a friendly yet professional telephone manner. You’ll need to have previous sales experience and used to developing strong relationships over the telephone. Knowledge of merchanting, particularly decorative materials is desirable, but not essential.
