Branch Manager

Basic Salary up to GBP30k plus bonus, car/allowance, pension etc.

The Role
?? The Branch Manager will manage all aspects of the branch operation - overseeing branch personnel, supervising branch operations and ensuring operation on a day-to-day basis.
?? Improving productivity and streamlining branch activities to maximise results and achieve high performance levels.
?? Managing Internal Sales, Administration, Logistics Operatives and Inventory Support.
?? Working closely with external Sales Force and with other departments in the business.
?? Full responsibility for branch sales, margin, gross profit, costs and branch operating profit in line with agreed branch budget.
The Person
The successful Branch Manager will be able to demonstrate the following:
?? Experience in managing people, effective leadership and the ability to motivate others.
?? Previous responsibility for sales, margin, gross profit, costs and branch operating.
?? Sound communication skills both internally and externally.
?? Ability to plan and prioritise workloads and delegate accordingly.
?? Customer Service focus.
?? Ability to accept the challenge for change.
?? Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
?? Good business sense and a well-developed commercial awareness.
?? Desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
?? Desire to succeed.
