Ramside Estates are proud of the reputation that the AA award-winning Rib Room Steakhouse and Grill has, as one of the finest dining venues in the North East. Steaks are the house speciality, where they serve the finest Durham beef, matured for up to 32 days, to produce a succulent and tender steaks.
As the successful Assistant Restaurant Manager you will support the Restaurant Manager and be responsible for the running of the restaurant in the Manager's absence.
You will assist with the development, support, motivation and leadership of the team, and manage the flow of the restaurant to ensure guests receive the highest level of customer service, so they come back time and time again.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 years previous management experience within a fine dining restaurant and will have great people skills.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for hospitality who can deliver the highest level of standards in a fast paced environment. You will need excellent organisational and communication skills, and be able to lead by example in delivering exceptional levels of service
