Architectural Technologist
Our client a well-established Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy based in Sutton Coldfield is actively seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join and develop their career within a talented team.
Our client works closely with a number of House Builders and Developers across the UK so they are ideally looking for an Architectural Technologist that has previous experience working with a House Builder or Developer. This Architectural Technologist will be drawing detailed technical designs on a variety of exciting projects within the Residential sector. The successful individual will be working closely alongside the leading House Builders and other senior members of the team in delivering high quality designs, along with presenting ideas to the design team.
The requirements for this role will include an Architectural Technologist with around 5 years' professional experience within a similar role. The practice pride themselves on working in a fun working environment with an excellent work ethic, so this individual is going to need to be passionate and show a determination to develop within this growing successful business. Software requirements includes AutoCAD which the practice uses day-to-day.

Working closely with leading house builders
Joining a friendly and passionate architectural team
Opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects including within the Residential sector
Producing technical designs and presenting these
Managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
Use AutoCAD on a daily basis
Architectural Technologist Position Requirements
Living in or close to the Sutton Coldfield area
Ability to demonstrate strong technical design skills
Degree qualified with around 5 years professional experience
Strong understanding of AutoCAD
Ability to work under pressure
Experience with working with House Builders
Portfolio of drawings/samples of work
Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration
Salary; GBP34k+ (DOE)
Holiday; 25 Days + Bank Holiday (Rising With Long Service)
Free Parking
Pension
Working Hours; Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
