Tradewind are working with a variety of Secondary schools and academies throughout Rickmansworth, Watford and NW London who are looking for the best graduates to support their pupils for the remainder of the academic year and can offer various routes in teaching, classroom experience and permanent contracts.
** Graduate Teaching Assistants - All subjects welcome especially Psychology, Education, English, Maths and Science.
** Immediate starts available with schools in Rickmansworth and Watford
** Long term roles and short term supply contracts available depending on preference.
** Opportunities to progress onto teacher training
Graduates with experience of youth work, SEN exposure, tuition or coaching are encouraged to apply and will benefit from supportive schools, ongoing support and free training. Many facilities offer ongoing and permanent contracts and we have various roles to suit.
Duties will include,
** Supporting students in small groups and on a 1-2-1 basis
** Delivering pre-set work across a range of subjects
** Managing behaviour and ensuring a suitable learning environment is maintained for all students
