Protocol are delighted to be working with an Ofsted "good" rated provider to recruit for a Youth Support Worker Assessor to join their growing team in the Yorkshire region. Our client have continued to grow and recruit over the past 18 months whilst continuing to innovate and use technology. The role will be mostly working remotely (however, will be needed to travel to see learners face-to-face when needed) managing your day and working with apprentices enrolled on the Youth Support Worker level 3 qualification.

Caseloads usually range between 30 - 40, but no more - our client are very quality focused with ready materials which are some of the best in the sector.

Progression is available with staff being able to undertake additional qualifications such as IQA awards and team leader opportunities.

You will be fully onboarded remotely with mobile & laptop.

The person & qualifications

Assessor/training qualification such as; A1 Assessor Award, D32/D33, Award in Education or TAQA
JNC recognition or equivalent qualification
Previous vocational experience in training/assessing
IT competent
