There are two streams open to successful candidates - Desk Specialist and Desk Sales. Both require candidates with some commercial background, be that through a placement scheme, experience of handling clients and accounts in another role, or other demonstrable experience. You'll enjoy a carefully structured training and progression plan.

Both streams require graduates that are comfortable in target, revenue driven environments. Successful candidates will be dealing with external contacts and internal stakeholders at very senior levels. You'll need to be competitive and a natural relationship builder, with strong interpersonal skills.

Sales Graduate Scheme, BT Requirements:

Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - in order to articulate the value of the BT offering to prospects and existing customers
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
Some commercial experience required - whether that's demonstrable experience of handling clients and accounts, or a placement year in industry
Comfortable in a fast-paced, target and revenue driven environment
