So, if you enjoy analysing data, fault finding, getting to the nitty-gritty of an issue, and have some experience with techie things such as SQL, Java, VB, C# then you could be just what we're looking for!
You could be a fresh graduate straight out of a computing or software degree or someone with a bit more experience, and you'd need to quite fancy doing some testing to make sure that this bespoke software is fit for purpose.
As the IT Analyst, your skills & experience will ideally include;
* An IT/Software/Mathematics related degree is preferred (not essential)
* Some experience in IT - any experience in testing would be welcome
* Java and SQL experience
* A passion & flair for technology with a desire to grow & develop your skillset
* A proactive, inquisitive, and creative mindset - someone who enjoys coming up with new ideas
* High attention to detail, ability to stay calm under pressure & spin plates
* Good team player - the team culture is very important here & everyone celebrates each other's successes!
And as the IT Analyst, your role will consist of;
* Documenting bug/defect reports
* Getting involved in developing & maintaining coding
* Carrying out software and firmware testing & proactively making recommendations
* Helping to design & implement procedures & protocols, as well developing & documenting manual & automatic testing
* Looking after software and firmware releases, platforms & supporting systems
* Ensuring the software/firmware meets specified standards, criteria, architectural requirements & company protocols
