The Role
You will be involved in the strategic development of our Sales and Marketing Plan as well as being responsible for the effective implementation of that plan. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Law Staff team, at a time where we are at an exciting juncture in our business and you will be a fundamental part of the team to drive the next phase of our growth. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who has the ability and experience to help us to achieve our ambitious growth plans for the next 3-5 years. You will work with the Management Team to deliver this.
Responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing our Sales and Marketing Plan.
Coordinating and managing all marketing activity and all channels e.g website; Linkedin; email campaigns.
Content creation, both digital and hard copy.
Reporting on all marketing activities and their effectiveness along with recommendations for improvements.
Developing and executing a Lead Capture and Nurture System.
Marketing to our existing clients as well as to new business.
Candidate Requirements
Proven track record in the B2B arena, preferably with a professional services or legal sector background.
A self-starter with good organisational skills.
Experience of developing marketing systems and processes.
A doer who likes to roll their sleeves up and get their hands dirty.
Effective communicator, both written and oral.
Working knowledge of CRM's and email marketing software.
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office package.
Diligent and disciplined with the ability to track and measure relevant metrics.
