Client Onboarding Specialist
Blue Octopus is a leading provider of recruitment technology and flat-fee sourcing solutions. Established back in 2010, the company has achieved great things and growth has been highly evident during our time so far.
Joining us as an Onboarding Coordinator you will support with the end-to-end implementation of our recruitment technology. Working closely with our in-house service and IT teams, you will help coordinate new and existing clients’ system configuration (what features and functionality they will use), keeping them in touch with what’s happening and when. You will also be responsible for providing on-going support to their team through email, video channels and occasional face-to-face meetings, as restrictions ease.
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in supporting multiple clients and stakeholders with the ability to clearly communicate, both verbally and in writing, coupled with excellent organisation skills, prioritising tasks effectively. As an Onboarding Coordinator you will need the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, be highly organised and possess excellent communication skills.
Whilst full training will be provided to the successful candidate, the position would make a great career move for someone currently working within an administrative, account management or customer service role.
This role would be a great move for candidates who already have experience of working with the Recruitment Industry.
Experience in HR or within a SaaS environment would be desirable, however is not essential.
