Sales Order Processor
Excellent opportunity for an Immediately available candidate. The opportunity is for a Sales Development Coordinator for a 6 month fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity offering the stability of a 6 month contract with a successful manufacturing business in the Blackburn area.
The aim of this role is to manage the development and administrative support of customers both existing, and new. The Sales Support Coordinator will work with the external sales team in managing development briefs internally, organising samples and quotations and obtaining and updating forecast data. As well as working with customers and other internal departments.
You will be responsible for a wide range of duties including
* Managing the requirements of nominated customers.
* Highly involved with briefs from external sales team on packaging projects to ensure agreed actions are coordinated within the business.
* Timetabling initial projects and work with NPD/Design and the sales team in responding to Customer.
* Obtaining and updating forecast data from your customer base on a weekly/monthly basis and using this information to proactively prompt them for orders.
* Updating price lists.
* Collating details on any new product requests from Customers, to produce an estimate on proposed product.
* Maintaining regular contact and create close working relationships with all key internal account decision makers for those accounts for which responsible.
* Liaising regularly with Planning, Production, Purchasing and Design, to ensure business understand supply status with accounts and timescales on any new and existing developments.
