Chubb Fire & Security, part of the Carrier global group of businesses, is currently recruiting for two Customer Service Coordinators to join the National Accounts team in Blackburn (BB1 2PR).

The main goal of this role is to work closely with an Account Manager in order to assist with the day-to-day management of a number of designated national corporate customer accounts to ensure all customer needs are dealt with in a professional, efficient and cost-effective manner whilst always achieving total customer satisfaction.

What will I be doing as a Customer Service Coordinator?

To take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the accounts including intelligent decision making.
Resolution of customer disputes including liaison with other areas of the business as necessary.
Working closely with several Account Directors to manage day to day client expectations.
Accurate and timely launch of contract documentation and housekeeping of customer records.
Pro-active management of outstanding job - order, service and callouts.
To build professional business relationships with designated customer including courtesy communication.
Preparation and submission of weekly/monthly/annually KPI information.

To be successful in this role you will:

Possess prior experience of Admin customer service experience from a high volume or complex contract environment
Demonstrate a professional attitude and exemplary customer service skills
Be forward thinking and self-motivated
Have a good level of IT literacy, especially Microsoft Excel
