A number of opportunities have become available for a customer service advisor based in Kettering. This customer service advisor role will offer you a fantastic training program from your first day, 1-1 buddy system and a long term permanent career. You will be working Monday to Friday between 9:00am-6:30pm, paying GBP16,500-GBP17,400per annum. This is an office based role based in Kettering, with excellent public transport links in Kettering and surrounding towns and villages.
This customer service role includes the handling of customer queries, arranging appointments for customers and inputting data on to the internal system. This is all customer service, as a business there is no sales involved.
Experience/Skills needed for this customer service position:
* You will demonstrate experience of working with customers, from a variety of backgrounds including, retail, hospitality and telephone
* Able to work on own initiative
* Confident with the use of computers
* You will have be self motived and positive individual
* Be able to build successful and long term relationships with customers and suppliers
* Be friendly and supportive to all customers on every call
If you demonstrate customer service experience, currently or previously. Have worked with building relationships and confident with the using IT systems this is a perfect opportunity for you
