The Company:
Our client is a fast growing company selling their products across Europe

Main duties:
To manage your team, to consistently deliver phenomenal service and drive maximum conversion

The Role:
- To manage daily deal sites/accounts, and hunt down new opportunities that will generate even more growth
- To Identify and implement new processes and procedures to improve and monitor performance, efficiency and customer experience
- To identify new sales opportunities that will generate even more growth
- To work closely with the buying team to plan stock levels for future deals and sales
- To answer customer queries over the phone and via email
- To use consultative selling skills across a range of products to maximise sales
- Administrative tasks in relation to invoicing, marketplaces and couriers.

The Candidate:
- Previous experience in Sales & Business Development
- Business acumen with proven ability to develop a territory
- Excellent negotiation, communication and organisational skills
- Strong commercial awareness & high motivation
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Computer literate and numerate
- Car owner due to the company's location (no local public transport)

The Salary:
GBP17,500 to GBP24,000 pa depending on experience
