Kinect are looking to recruit a Resource Account Manager to join their growing IT & Engineering divisions.
Candidates will be naturally inquisitive with a genuine interest in people, enjoy working within a results-driven and rewarding environment and have the ability to overcome challenges on a daily basis.

What's the opportunity?
* We're looking to hire a Resource Account Manager you will be responsible for identifying the best IT & Engineering professionals on behalf of some of our key clients, who are market leaders.
* You will own the whole process from advertising vacancies, sourcing CVs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews and managing offers, whilst ensuring compliance and providing an outstanding service.
* The role will be very fast-paced, dynamic and no two days will be the same. The ideal individual for this role will be organised, energetic, work well under pressure and can stick to tight deadlines.
What are we looking for?
* Ideally at least 6 months resourcing or recruitment experience
* A willingness to really get stuck into learning about the different aspects of GIS, IT development, architecture and operations
* Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Ability to think on your feet and learn from your mistakes (we all make them!)
* Ambition - the drive and motivation needed to succeed in a competitive market
* Collaboration - the ability to work with others to achieve results
* Innovation - a natural problem solver with the ability to think outside the box
