This is an exciting opportunity within a fast-growing Leeds-based marketing agency.
We're looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to build sustainable relationships with our valued and diverse client base. The successful candidate will work alongside the Account Management team and Company Director, overseeing a client portfolio to ensure projects run smoothly and fresh revenue opportunities are identified.
The Role
* Serve as the lead point of contact for allocated clients, developing strong, long-lasting relationships.
* Showcase excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person.
* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of all projects, communicating progress to clients at regular intervals.
* Liaise effectively with suppliers to achieve optimal outcomes.
* Support and collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for growth within the organisation.
* Implement creative strategies geared towards the acquisition of fresh revenue streams from both new and existing clients.
* Ensure all internal admin follows procedure and is conducted to a consistently high standard.
What We Need From You
* Previous Sales, Admin or Customer Service experience is preferable, but not essential.
* Knowledge of the marketing industry is preferable.
* The ability to think both logically and creatively.
* The ability to communicate confidently with clients and team members.
* Possess the initiative to drive new business from both new and existing clients.
* A strong work ethic with the ability to balance workloads across a diverse range of projects; from website projects through to leaflet distributions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
