A leading, UK-wide group of wholesale and distribution businesses are looking for an ambitious Branch Manager to run their successful business in Cambridge. You'll be given the freedom and autonomy to run the business with the support and buying power of a large and very reputable group.
Role Responsibilities
The business you'll be joining are specialists when it comes to the distribution and sale of a wide range of branded electrical and lighting products to commercial and some domestic customers. They have an excellent reputation and an existing strong network of locations across the South East.
As a Branch Manager, you will:
Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers
Be responsible for the running of the entire business, including full P&L, managing and mentoring employees, driving trade counter sales, marketing, logistics and purchasing
Ensure the achievement of your set targets and objectives
Drive sales growth and company performanceRewards
As a Branch Manager, you will receive:
A competitive starting salary of up to GBP40,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
