Role Purpose
In this role, you will be responsible to make Outbound calls to our customers for HWEC (Home Water Efficiency Check) on Affinity Water contract.
Your role will be at the heart of day to day operations to help deliver our targets, and to book appointments for our customers and deliver an outstanding customer service. Your key responsibility will be doing outbound calls to book appointments for our water engineers to attend.

Affinity Water, Hatfield
Working Pattern
40 hours per week
hours:
10am- 6.30pm
10.30am-7pm
11am-7.30pm
Key Accountabilities
* Ability to work under pressure, think clearly and act decisively
* Computer literate for the use of a range of office software, including email, spread sheets and databases and Microsoft Office*
* Ensure that all inbound calls are answered and handled in an effective and efficient manner
* Uncompromising in achieving customer standards
* Receptive to change and committed to continuous improvement
* Attempt to make 150 outbound calls per day
* Contact customers to book >15 appointments per day
* Work on behalf of PN Daly and Affinity Water to continuously improve our customers' experience
* Liaise with various departments and teams to promote 'First time right' approach and resolution to customers
* Highlight service failures to relevant departments.
* Participate in and promote the internal feedback process to actively seek and offer feedback in order to achieve continues improvement
