Inside Sales Account Manager - Braintree
Our client is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team for a B2B role. Must have previous experience within a similar role and a proven record of offering a consultative service, gaining trust and helping customers solve practical issues within the business. This business has continued to grow during last year and plan to further expand the business further throughout the year.
Duties will include:
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound enquiries
Match the customer's requirements with the relevant products
Prepare quotations on the QuickBooks SOP System
Follow up quotes after an agreed timescale
Nurture and build customer relationships
Maintaining the in-house database with sales updates
Keeping the customer up to date with order and delivery detailsCandidate Requirements:
Excellent Customer Service skills with a consultative sales approach
Sales and/or Account Management experience
Experience within a industrial or technical industry would be an advantageThis is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a great company with excellent benefits.
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
24k-26k basic salary
