Due to expansion, we have an opportunity for an organised Administrator to join a hardworking and growing team based in Sandiacre.
Based at our Sandiacre office, you will be working to support multiple branch teams at the same time. You will work well under pressure and thrive off ensuring commercial teams get the support they need, when they need.
Duties will include working with our branch teams, entering work sheets into our systems, updating product information, compiling monthly reports in excel, and general admin and customer service duties.
Do you have?
Previous experience in administration?
Good communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with teams in multiple locations and with customers?
Good IT skills incl use of MS Outlook and Excel and previous experience of company computer applications/systems for sales or orders
Literacy and numeracy to be able to read works orders and excellent attention to detail and accuracy
A flexible, reliable approach and the ability to work in a team
Eligibility to work in UK
The Benefits???
Salary - GBP18,800 to GBP21,000 per annum, depending on experience
