My client based in Norwich has a great opportunity for a Regional Support Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Offering a salary of GBP(phone number removed) + great benefits!
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
This post provides essential administrative support to the Regional Operations Manager and local site supervisors by dealing with all the key administration tasks necessary in an effective and competent manner. This post requires working in a fast-paced environment, managing several tasks at once, keeping all parties informed (both in email and by telephone) and working closely with the team, clients and external suppliers.
MAIN DUTIES
?? Provide administration support to the Regional Operations Manager and local site supervisors
?? Communicate effectively with Site Supervisors, Head Office Managers, including the Installation Manager and our Service Manager to determine purchasing needs
?? Make orders to address the "remake" issue
?? Monitor all requisitions and handle adjustments with suppliers or order processing
?? Process delivery requests
?? Ensure that the right number of materials are delivered to the Installation Depots at the right time
?? Liaise with Site Supervisors, Head Office Department Managers and Service Manager to determine work progress and deadlines as necessary
?? Provide information on changes in deliveries
?? Liaise with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of product and materials
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILL & ATTRIBUTES
?? Excellent attention to detail
?? Ability & willingness to quickly build-up your knowledge of the product range
?? Good written and oral communication skills
?? Ability and desire to resolve problems
?? Well organised and good at managing own time
?? Ability to prioritise and work under pressure to meet deadlines
?? Current IT skills and the ability to learn basic data base input processes
?? Positive attitude and professional manner
?? Ability to solve problems and see issues through to a satisfactory conclusion
Desirable/ Competent
?? Experience of working in a similar "remake" environment
?? Existing knowledge of products associated to windows, doors and glazing
