We are recruiting for a Telesales Advisor on behalf of our client based in Birmingham. As a Telesales Advisor you will be making outbound calls to customer's advising them of home security products. You must be able to engage with your customer build rapport, listen to the needs of a customer and arrange a convenient time for a Field Sales Representative to help close the sales.
Details of a Telesales Advisor:
Hourly rate: GBP9.30 per hour (to be reviewed) plus commission
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: Mon to Fri 9.30am - 3.30pm
Location: Birmingham
Duration: Temporary to Permanent Duties and Responsibilities of a Telesales Advisor:
To make outbound cold calls to customers
Book appointments for the Field Sales Representative in the area
Sell benefits of the home security system
Build rapport
Be resilient
Be hard working
Money motivated
Taking part in the training provided Required Skills and Experience Telesales Advisor:
Attention to Detail
Previous telesales experience
Strong Organisation Skills
Clear Telephone Manner
Numerate and Literate
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Good Communication Skills
Self-Motivated and Confident
