As the Auditor, your duties will include;
* Leading onsite audits/quality - ensuring adherence & compliance with company practice.
* Implementing the agreed audit plan for customers & coordinating resources through to completion.
* Managing/coordinating the Audit Juniors, training & helping to develop their skillset.
* Developing good relationships & understanding of clients' needs to ensure complete satisfaction.
* Communicating on technical, non-technical & commercial issues with clients.
* Managing client expectations, acting confidently and decisively.
* Using judgement & experience to deal with obstacles and resolve situations.
* Identifying cross-department opportunities with clients & making introductions.
We would love to speak with Auditor's who's skillset includes;
* Experience of overseeing, training, and developing Juniors on site and in the office.
* Post qualification experience working in a similar environment would be ideal.
* ACA or ACCA qualifications would be advantageous.
* Experience & knowledge of Accounting, Auditing and Corporate Taxation, in order to identify cross-selling opportunities for other departments, would be desirable.
* A proactive nature - always looking for ways to develop your skills as well as your teams
* An ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team towards a joint objective.
* Strong communication skills on multiple levels, in order to build strong working relationships.
* A great sense of humour! It's essential to enjoy what you're doing, but you must also love being part of a close-knit and vibrant team!
As the Auditor, your starting salary will be GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 per annum, plus benefits including a whole heap of company events/nights out/parties - you name it, these guys have done it!
