We are recruiting for an experienced Clinical Manager to work for one of the UK's largest provider of plastic surgery and cosmetic treatments located in their luxury clinic in Leeds.

You will be working for an award winning, nationwide clinic that have 5* customer service on trust pilot and offer a wide range of cosmetic surgery and industry leading aesthetic treatments.

Your role will be to run the clinic to ensure it has the best working environment and process the effective delivery of outstanding patent care and safety.

The Package:

Salary - GBP35,000 -GBP40,000 plus up to GBP5k bonus
Full time hours - 40 hours a week

Duties for the Cosmetic Clinic Manager:

Managing all operational activities.
Establishing a culture of continuous business improvement.
Translating the company's strategic plans into defined operational plans.
Operational and strategic responsibility for delivering industry leading customer service and patient safety and care.
All aspects of day-to-day management of staff, ensuing their effectiveness and efficiency.
Provide strong, visible leadership and management.
Developing the Clinic in line with our values and culture.
To review the concession business and performance and ensure delivery of key financial targets and customer feedback targets.
Minimising operation expenditure within the Clinic wherever possible.
Monitor the day-to-day delivery of the services of the Clinic to maintain or improve quality.
Identify and evaluate the risks to the Clinic's clients, staff, property, finances, goodwill, and image and implement measures to control risks.Skills for the Cosmetic Clinic Manager:

5 years' experience working in similar management role
A good understanding of aesthetic or surgical procedures
Proven experience working in a highly driven role
Experience of service and a commitment to high standards of customer care
Excellent communication skills
