Store Manager
We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Store Manager for an amazing luxury jewellery & watch store who are continuing to grow and develop! The role of a Store Manager is challenging, financially rewarding and hugely enjoyable; this really is a role that lets you use your retail sales skills and experience to thrive. You will be given the freedom and the opportunity to drive your team and take the business to the next level with retail sales and networking with highly valued and long-standing customers.
We are keen to speak to Store Managers with experience of managing in luxury/premium retail environments and can demonstrate sales growth. Full product training is provided, but, candidates from luxury fashion, footwear, cosmetics, accessories or luxury cars would be an advantage.
This role will give you the autonomy to drive your business in the way you see fit, our client will give you the freedom to actually retail and deliver results.

Engage with exclusive customers for VIP events and specialist services
Provide a unique luxury service to high value clients and customers
Drive and manage CRM activity
Manage a team to achieve the highest levels of sales and service at all times
Experience of working with leading luxury and premium products
Drive sales and performance with your management team
Undertake specialist service for high value clientele
