Below are just some examples of the areas that you might be involved in as part of the Graduate Scheme;

Finance:

Covering all areas of finance from central functions such as accounts receivable and payable, treasury, tax, and internal audit, to specific commercial teams for our divisions.

Common characteristics of members of our Finance team include the ability to drive change, adaptability and resourcefulness, to ensure we can keep pace with the business, without compromising on financial control or sales performance.

Operations:

Work on projects from their inception, carry out detailed analysis and help make recommendations that have a genuinely positive impact on our customers. Throughout your projects you'll be collaborating with colleagues from around the business to solve a variety of challenges and implementing change.

Some of the project outcomes could include:

- Improving how we operate
- Managing costs
- Better alignment of people
- Improving the efficiency of processes

Human Resources:

You could play a huge part in driving employee engagement across the business, encouraging learning and development; championing a diverse culture; planning for the future of our business and helping to hire & retain our people.

Management Intelligence:

Responsible for creating automated reports and presentations with data validation, assessment and narrative of trends, movements, and outlier data. This will include working with the IT team and Account teams to ensure the data is collected, utilised and drives both improved customer satisfaction and enhanced account performance. You will require a strong knowledge of Excel, Access VBA, SQL and also exposure to the BI tools of QlikView, PowerBI and SSRS.

Sales:

Work to effectively identify and secure sales business opportunities through the successful growth and development of both existing and new business relationships. This will require developing and maintaining detailed knowledge of the customer's business strategy, purchasing behavior, organisation, decision-makers, customer business drivers, economic trends, and competition
