Hours: Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00

Are you an Engineering Manager within Construction or Plumbing looking for a management role within an Office where you can develop, grow and mould your team?
Due to an unexpected opening we are looking to find an experienced Engineering Manager. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved not only in the operations side of the business but in the financial and health aspects of it as well. Your experience within the construction or plumbing industry would be advantageous. This position requires you to manage the office and the staff as well as the engineers and fitters. Ideally some form of engineering qualification would be required as you will be the installations key man to their busy team.
Engineering Manager Main Role is:
Financial costings of the installations as well as the office expenditure
Management of engineers and fitters on and off site
Ensure risk assessments, heath and safety training certificates are maintained
Building strong relationships with new and existing customers, suppliers and subcontractors
Provide weekly progress reports on all projects to the Company Directors
Skills Required for Engineering Office Manager position:
Proven experience as an Engineer managing an office
Experience within the construction or plumbing - preferable
Computer savvy with Excel and Word
Reliable, pro-active, ability to work on own initiative, problem solve and work under pressure
Full clean UK driver's license
