We are working with a niche client in Cheltenham who have some interesting and exciting 6 month customer service contract roles available. These roles are based working in the education sector. Working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (which may also include some working from home due to Covid) You would either need to be able to commit to a full 6 months or there is a possibility that these roles would become permanent once the 6 months is completed where you will then be able to progress your career. This is not a call centre environment.
These customer service positions within the education sector are dealing with in bound enquiries and full training and support will be given.
To be successful in these customer service positions you will need to demonstrate:
* Previous office based customer service of in-bound calls/emails/live chat
* Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
* Organised, methodical and a team player
Duties working in the customer service team will include:
* Dealing with in bound enquiries in a professional manner
* Responding to in bound queries mainly by email but also some over the phone
* Researching information and administration functions
