Role: Trainee Account Manager

Based: Hybrid role - based between Hengrove, Bristol office and home (2-3 days per week in each)

Salary: GBP20,000 and opportunity to increase to GBP30,000 in 18 months

What will you be doing as their new Employee Benefits Advisor?

In your first six months, you will be expected to be:

*

Enrolled on the Insurance Practitioner Apprenticeship and working towards (or passed) one of the Cert CII modules.

*

Working towards independence in producing basic Private Medical Insurance recommendations (renewals).

*

Identifying opportunities to cross-sell into the portfolio.

*

Building up basic product knowledge in other areas; Group Protection, Other Healthcare products, Employee Benefits.

What do you need to be able to be our new Employee Benefits Advisor?

*

Desire to learn and study; you will join an apprenticeship to complete your Diploma CII

*

Excellent attention to detail

*

Fantastic communication skills

*

Proven ability to learn

*

Desire to help businesses help their employees - you like helping people and making a difference

*

Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

*

Love being part of a team and your team enjoy your contribution too!

*

Illustrate your ability to work with minimal supervision

*

Have a full, clean driving licence.

*

Able to pass a background check (as it is a requirement of the FCA)
