Contract Type: Ongoing Agency Temp
Salary: GBP13.97 per hour (earnings circa GBP27k)
Job Elements
* To ensure an effective flow of materials from our suppliers into our Manufacturing area and then onto our Customers.
* All material movements within the department from raw material into finished goods.
* All associated system transactions from Customs clearance to Goods receipt/Storage/issue to Manufacturing / receipt of finished goods and onward shipment to the Customer
* Continuously improve the operation of the department through regular performance reviews with the Logistics Leader.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Good basic education
* Goods understanding of Microsoft Office is required to assist in day to day duties
* Good working knowledge of SAP (or similar MRP system)
* Order Picker and Reach Fork truck license preferable
* Trained in packing Hazardous shipments for IATA preferable
