We are looking for an enthusiastic 2nd Line Support IT Analyst to join our IT department. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who has 1 or 2 years' experience in 1st Line Support, looking to progress in your career.
Reporting directly to the 3rd Line Support IT Analyst, your main role is to support the Intrum desktop operating system, application environment and the IT infrastructure, essentially being the 'face' for UK & Ireland. There will be occasional travel to our Intrum office in Dublin, Ireland.
Your main responsibilities include:
* Incident / request / change ownership, tracking and response / detailed information gathering for incident and problem management / request management and change management.
* Providing 2nd line support for all aspects of Intrum's desktop, applications and infrastructure.
* Deployment, configuration and administration of hardware (imaging), operating systems and software applications
* Troubleshooting hardware, operating systems, applications and infrastructure issues
* Liaise with suppliers, third party service providers, employees and clients
* Establishing a positive working relationship with all stakeholders
* To assist and participate in IT and other departmental projects where requested
* Provide assistance as and when required in relation to internal / external audits (including completion of vendor questionnaires)
* Support the delivery of IT Services to Intrum including out of hours support work as required, maximising the availability of systems.
