IT Field Engineer -Scunthorpe - GBP30k
Principal IT are working exclusively with a rapidly growing business in Scunthorpe. They are currently on the lookout for an IT Field Engineer to join them on a permanent basis. This business has seen rapid growth throughout the pandemic and shows no signs of slowing down.
To be successful in this role they are looking for someone who can adapt to a variety of challenges, key areas are stated below -
Remote & On Site Maintenance of Customer Infrastructure
Working with and updating Customers during their Proactive Maintenance to Manage and update their IT Systems and requirements
Working closely with the IT support desk to feedback site updates, planned Maintenance & support queries
Excellent communication skills for inspiring the teams
Keeping up to date with new technologies and products
Essential Skills:
A huge passion for IT and technology.
Experience in a similar IT support role is essential.
Excellent knowledge of IT products including Microsoft Windows Server, Core Infrastructure Server Hardware, Virtualisation, Exchange/Office 365, Azure, Security Solutions (Anti-Virus, Firewalls etc.),
