Here at Restore Technology, we are now looking for a Production Supervisor to work closely with the Site Manager in all production and processing aspects.
Organising the workflow and preparing daily schedules, you will supervise the Production Team Leaders in their duties and performance, providing feedback where necessary. You will motivate, guide and mentor your team members to exceed goals, and create a positive working environment during shifts.
The Production Supervisor will also oversee work quality and verify satisfactory meeting of company and regulation standards. You will audit and oversee production goals, optimising production output and ensure the relevant legislations, company policies, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, BSEN 15713, Health & Safety are followed.
We're looking for a self-motivated, target driven individual who has previous supervisory or shift management experience. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will be a flexible team player and have experience of training and coaching a large number of Operatives. Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines is a pre-requisite, as is a positive 'can-do' attitude to work.
We'd like you to have strong IT related administration skills, supported by a knowledge of using internal IT processing systems. You'll also have strong problem-solving skills and proven Health & Safety training supported by relevant Management training. Experience and demonstrated knowledge of 5S implementation is strongly preferred.
