Role: Childrens Home Manager
Location: Great Bromley, Colchester
Salary: Up to GBP45,000 + bonus!
A large, nationwide childcare employer is expanding and opening a new home in Great Bromley near Colchester.
The home will provide care for up to 6 children Overcoming Childhood Trauma aged from 11 - 18. This organisation uses a therapeutic approach towards its children to ensure they can help them overcome their past traumas.
As this is a new home, it is currently going through renovations and due to open later in the year. The Childrens Home Manager will be able to start immediately once appointed to begin making changes to the home and recruiting their staff team and much more!
Applicants for this position will ideally be a Childrens Home Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager, holding or at least studying the NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care for Children and Young People.
In return for your hard work as the Registered Manager, you will receive an excellent salary of up to GBP45,000 depending on the level of your experience, along with a performance related bonus!
