Graduate Application Support Developer - Dunfermline
I am working with a leading Energy company currently looking to hire a Graduate Application Support Developer to join their IT team in Dunfermline. Remote working is available with a hybrid work week split between home and the office.
As the Graduate Application Support Developer you will be responsible for;
Managing and responding to Application Support tickets in suitable timescales
Where appropriate debugging to perform triage on tickets to reduce burden on technical resources
Liaising with team on tickets where appropriate
Additional involvements on Sprint deliverables based on workloadExperience required
Degree qualified in suitable discipline
Experience of C#
Understanding of a programming
Good communication skills both written and verbalNice to haves
Technical competence .NET Core, SQL, MVC or angular / JavaScript etc
Experience tracking tickets, responsible for escalations for debugging issues
