Shifts: (4on 4off, 12 hour shifts)
AM: 7:30AM- 7:30PM
AM: 6AM -6PM
PM: 4PM-4AM
Nights: 7:30PM-7:30AM *we will be introducing afternoon shifts in the next few weeks*
Pay Rate:
GBP8.95 ph - GBP10.74 ph
GBP13.53 ph Over Time after 48 hoursWe have a great opportunity to join a large expanding manufacturing site, our client is a premium supermarket brand that have positions available for Production Operatives at their Lichfield site, this is an exciting opportunity that has the potential to lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Duties:
Working on a food production Line as Salad Packers
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices & Food Safety regulations
Food preparation and packaging environment
Trimming, preparing and Packing Products (fresh produce)
General Housekeeping and cleaning of Work Areas
Maintain High Standards of food hygiene and cleanlinessIdeal Candidate:
Previous experience as warehouse or production operative beneficial but not essential
Knowledge of working on industrial machines
Flexible to do a variety of shifts, minimum 8hrs to 12hrs depending on production requirements
Ability to work as part of a teamBenefits:
