CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a German speaking customer service professional to join a team spanning three markets including the UK, USA & Germany. This is working in a fast-paced office and for someone who is upbeat and great with customers.
Role profile:
* Dealing with customer queries, via email, chat, phone or social media channels
* Finding best solutions for customers
* Speaking to colleagues and sharing knowledge
* Handling all customer requests and making sure they are resolved
* Accounts Management
* Processing orders & returns
Person profile:
* Confident and self motivated
* Excellent communicator both written and oral
* Able to demonstrate logical thinking and predict patterns or repeat behaviour
Essential criteria:
* Fluent in German to a native proficiency
* Educated to GCSE grade C or above or equivalent
* Applicants are required to speak in German at interview
Desired criteria:
* Previous experience of customer service and an understanding of processing order and stock management
