Are you looking to take your first step into Recruitment? TFS Healthcare are currently looking for driven individuals to join us as a Resourcer to work alongside our senior consultants within our rapidly growing sales floor.

The Role of a Resourcer -

Starting within a Resourcer position is hugely beneficial for those who have not worked within a sales role previously, you will work closely alongside a senior consultant focusing on the candidate side of recruitment before moving into a consultant position yourself.

Sourcing suitable candidates from job boards, social media, company data base and referrals.
Qualifying these candidate's suitability for the positions you have.
Arranging and preparing them for interviews.
Liaising with Senior Consultants and keeping up to date with new roles.
Ensuring all company processes are followed and databases are kept up to date.
Following a candidate's journey through the recruitment process.Key Attributes of a Recruitment Resourcer -

A hard work ethic.
Money motivated and focused on achieving all targets.
Strong communication skills.
Being able to cope with organising multiple candidates at one time.
Able to build rapport quickly. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is now looking for their next step, whether you have recently graduated or now just want to be involved within a more target driven environment. You will need to be an excellent team player and able to work as a team and as an individual to meet targets.
