Redline are working alongside a leader within the aerospace and defence industry based in Northampton and are looking to find a Contract Senior Service Desk Analyst for an initial 6 month contract with the potential to become a permanent role.
As the Contract Senior Service Desk Analyst, you will be working in a team environment to support a large amount of employees with their IT systems, networking and various other support. You will perform daily system monitoring and ensuring hardware, servers and systems are performing effectively for the users.
As the Contract Senior Service Desk Analyst you will have:
- Experience in a Service Desk support role
- Experience with Cisco (ideally a Network Associate)
- Knowledge of servers, hardware, networks and security patches
- Able to complete system administration and back ups
- Able to respond to Level 3, 2, 1 tickets as these will vary day to day
- Beneficial to have Sharepoint experience too
