Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Single Point of Contact Worker to join an established drug and alcohol recovery service in Staffordshire.
The hours are full time Monday - Friday 37.5 Hours per week.
GBP11-GBP12p/hr (Ltd) Can be negotiable dependant on the right candidate.
The contract is 8 Weeks initially with potential for extension.
Responsibilities: To be the first point of contact for those contacting the service by telephone, to identify and action appropriate next steps including options such as booking an appointment, accessing a named worker or signposting. To ensure a high standard of accuracy for data entry, using computerised recording systems and packages such as Excel, Access and other databases within required deadlines. This role will heavily involve data entry and the applicant must be IT literate.
Person Specification:
It is beneficial the candidate must have recent experience on their CV of working within a similar substance misuse specific role.
The candidate must be confident working face to face with vulnerable people.
The candidate must have a DBS.
