Hooray are working exclusively on behalf of a local care provider to recruit for an Office Administrator.
Established 7 years ago, my client provide personalised and bespoke care across Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds, delivering excellent care for those staying at home.
As an Office Administrator you will work closely and assist the Client & Staff Management team, liaising with clients, care staff, health professionals and clients families to ensure the smooth running of the busy operations department.
Duties will include, but not limited to; booking appointments, scheduling calendars, filing, report writing and other administrative duties, as well as responding to telephone enquiries.
You will be required to log information in a clear and concise manner via their operating system.
As part of the role, you will also take the lead on Senior Carer's therefore, a background and understanding of Health and Social Care is essential.
This role is office based, with occasional field cover. Full time, permanent position. Due to the nature of the business, from time to time, you will be required to conduct care calls covering sickness and annual leave.
It is essential that you hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care alongside previous administration experience, ideally within a care setting.
My client are offering an hourly rate of GBP10.50 per hour (09:00 - 17:00 Mon-Fri) and GBP12.50 per hour for weekends.
You will also be expected to partake in the On-Call rota, with a minimum expectation of 1 week in 4, paid at a rate of GBP100 for a full week.
