We have NEW opportunities for Production operatives and KEY WORKERS based with a food manufacturer in Grimsby. WORKING NIGHTS Sunday - Thursdays. FREE BUS PROVIDED. Full time hours and ongoing work, with PERM contracts available.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE
10pm - 6am NIGHTS
9pm - 5am NIGHTS
MASKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES DURING TRAVEL.
Day shift pay rate is GBP9.05/hr and GBP1.81/hr Night Allowance and we have immediate start dates.

The Main Purpose of the Job:
To work within a team to ensure that the line runs at optimum efficiencies with minimal downtime through effective processes. This includes, but may not be limited to, the servicing of and the feeding on to the line, weighing and packaging of both fresh and frozen products as part of a team, while working within Good Manufacturing Practices - i.e. safely, hygienically and through correct quality procedures.
Key Accountabilities
*The handling and preparation of fresh and frozen fish and ingredients. Line feeding, decanting, weighing and mixing of ingredients. Bag sealing, cartoning, lidding, collating and packing individual and catering packs. Stacking and palletising boxes and servicing the line with ingredients and packaging, in line with relevant key job instruction sheets and Product Specifications.
*To ensure that all equipment is operating effectively and take corrective action where necessary.
*Ensure that you work and adhere to all quality, hygiene and safety requirements.
*To inform Advanced Operative of any issues which will prevent the production plan being achieved for the shift.
