Mackinnon Bruce International are an Executive Search firm based in Leeds City Centre.
We are on the look out for a proactive, positive and driven individual to join our Leeds office as an Office Administrator!
Starting out on a 6-month FTC with the potential to become a permanent position - we are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, meticulous attention to detail and outstanding time management skills. We need someone to head up the administrative duties for our Leeds office, working as part of MBI's Training & Development team to ensure effective and smooth running of the day-to-day business.
Working as part of our central function, you will take ownership of all thing's admin, welcoming guests with a friendly smile and always be happy to help your colleagues.

Responsibilities
* Handling inbound telephone calls
* Dealing with queries for clients/candidates
* Managing external vendor contracts
* Handling incoming post/dealing with invoices
* Assisting the Managing Director with diary management/administrative tasks
* Ad-hoc admin duties
* Assisting with on boarding of new consultants
* Acting as a point of contact for all administrative queries
* Keeping stationary stocked
* Working with the wider Training team on ad-hoc tasks.
* Managing our COVID-19 tracking system
Requirements
* Strong IT Skills - Windows Packages
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written at all levels
* Ability to adapt and multitask
* Good telephone manner
* Detail orientated
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
* Strong administration skills
* Quick learner with willingness to develop and progress
* Self motivated
