BARR Personnel is looking for people that are working in Recruitment as a Resourcer. BARR Personnel is currently recruiting a Resourcer for our business on a temporary to permanent opportunity here at our modern town office based in central Ipswich.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to deal with enquiries from our clients and candidates in a professional manner both in person and on the telephone.
Key Tasks:
- Meeting Visitors and registering candidates
- Acting as the first point of contact for telephone calls to the business in a professional and timely manner using the company's digital telephone system.
- Supporting marketing mail outs, resourcing candidates for consultants
- General administration duties and support as required
- Tidying and general care of the office
